¥1Trillion infrastructure stimulus still to filter through over next few years & Inventory Supply is around 2016 lows!

Iron Ore $140 a ton and the Iron Ore assets of juniors in the Pilbara currently getting snapped up. Wakey wakey :)

"(Bloomberg) -- Iron ore looks poised to end a volatile year with its first annual gain since 2020, after it stomped past its 18-month high earlier this week.

Futures in Singapore held around $140 a ton on the last trading day of the year on expectations that Chinese steel consumption will rise as Beijing boosts support for its embattled property sector and embarks on more fiscal support for the economy.

Steel mills will also need to restock historically low iron ore inventories, creating more pressure on supply.

Iron ore climbed 1% to $140.05 a ton as of 1:07 p.m. in Singapore, pushing the annual gain to 20%. Futures in Dalian traded 1.2% higher while steel rebar futures also advanced in Shanghai."

They have already signaled announcement next week so I'm not expecting anything tomorrow:

"The Company expects to make an announcement in the coming week about the new executive management team, who are expected to commence in early January 2024."

UFO's current executive management team is Iron Ore focused with Alwyn & Troy.

The new management team might be Precious & Base Metals focused.

Very interested to see what happens. M&A for juniors in Pilbara is hot right now.

The more involved Heritage Process has caused significant delays for everyone ever since Rio blew up the 46,000 year old Aboriginal Cave in 2020.

Then the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 came into effect 1st July 2023. Then repealed shortly after.

UFO finally obtained Native Title on 14th December.

Now UFO has a strategic asset which unlocks MinRes 124Mt deposit.

Interestingly Alwyn did a deal with MinRes before.

With Pilbara Iron Ore juniors suddenly going into trading halt "Corporate Transaction" until next week, I will be very interested to see what Alwyn has in mind.

Remember he is a deal maker & received the coveted Diggers and Dealers award in 2012 as "Dealer of the Year" for completing multiple tenement and project transactions with large international companies resulting in more than US$500m cash and royalty value.

With Iron Ore around $140/t they are all getting bought up.

With Native Title executed Hanc0ck is now a strategic asset which unlocks Min Res's 124Mt Sirius deposit, and also Sirius goes into Gina's Hanc0ck prospecting. Plus BHP, FMG & Rio also bordering with Rio drilling jus 5km south of Mallina.

Brockman with est exploration target of 233Mt borders Rio and Rio have been drilling right up to Brockman.

Vivash Gorge also borders Rio.

IOCA going to be snapped.

M&A space in Pilbara heating up.

Everything in place & Mining Licence finally about to be granted (no impediments to the Mining Licence now Native Title Agreed as per WHI recent Research Note).

The only thing REGROUP need to do is build a haul road and they are keen to start. They have already given their final fixed costs which are all in line with the scoping study of $60/t.

Troy passing the reins to a new CEO & executive management team to operate and they will be announced next week.

Change is not always bad. Otherwise we would still be stuck with Bill who kept saying "I'm an explorer, not a miner!"

Plus silver hitting $30/oz by end 2024 as Commerzbank forecasting will be perfect for UFO.

Executing the things Troy mentioned is an amazing achievement.
