Anyone think that SQZ is looking to raise funds over the coming weeks? All that cash, drawdown, share price in the 130 - 140p range and generating loads of cash.
With the extra funds from a cash raise they could make a major acquisition. The likes of BP, SHELL & TOT DO have other mid size oil fields which they are looking to offload

so if Exxon go into production on Hammerhead in the near future, is the revenue shared in some way?

I would agree, important financial information not yet visible, revenue, monetary costs, EBIT etc - when will these be presented? Surely not until next financial accounts are published

I'm sure everyone knows that TLW have an investor update tomorrow. You can hear the meeting on their website. Hopefully some clearer guidance on drilling dates and timescales in relation to Jamaica

yes TOT got one hell of a deal, but no one knew have prospective this acreage would be. However, the other 15% is probably worth hundreds of millions if not billions. If TLW decide to farm out any, we will know.

Lets get the drilling timescales sorted and then sit back. Plenty of news to come now

Hi RELLIM - usually if you make an acquisition the staff TUPE across if they are required. However, your observations do pose some interesting questions, all to be revealed in the near future

I would like to think that SQZ are always looking for the right purchases and future acquisitions. However, near term they have a lot to be working on and implementing the BKR assets and also to improve any efficiencies in a safe manner.

"No chance with current vol" - that's because no one wants to sell at this low a share price, there will be plenty of volume on Thursday when the numbers are leaked and mayhem on Friday no doubt
