Yes Serica recent drill success in the far East was poor, however it's ENI who are the operator and they've had some recent excellent successes. Also Rawallen is in the vicinity of proven condensate fairway

So Lee, the mighty USA is going to fill the gap of OPECs cut of 1.2m?
Who's going to fill the following gaps:

Venezuela production still going down
Shale depletion rates
Standard oil field depletion rates
Iran April USA waivers ending
Continued world oil demand
Lack of new fields coming on line due to underinvestment

In my opinion, Shale is a ticking time bomb, massive costs, loads of chemicals being used and polluting the ground waters and sooner or later the whole eastern part of the USA will start sinking or major earthquake will happen - it's a major public health and major disaster in the works - who will be blaming whom when this happens. And guess what, where will the USA get it's oil when this happens.

I don’t doubt that the fundamentals for SQZ are strong and over the mid to longer term it will do very well. It was time to bank those profits and try and trade elsewhere. Will be back in here when time is right.

Deeko - not sure what you mean but FPM produce more than SQZ

Drilling now in Q2 - May/ June 2019. Previously it was Q3, so bigger buyers need to get in sooner rather than later

I think this shows that there is data and information that has NOT been released or unknown to the wider market. They have been studying the 3d seismic results which is ongoing and they may have some further information from Exxon.
This is why I said previously that an updated CPR might be in the works. How much is Jethro-Lobe targeting, what's the actual COS

A number of reasons why it's down in the last few days:

- traders exiting - sell on news
- some large positions being derisked - I've sold a few in last few days
- people selling ahead of opec - I know we are mostly gas but oil price still has an impact
- cash position wasn't as high as expected but it will grow significantly over coming months
- the 1H and full year results will result in share price being traded
- Rowallen spud won't make any difference but good well results will
- same with R3, only successful well results will positively impact share price
- believe it or not - there are probably other shares that may offer better value especially if opec cut - I've already put my proceeds from SQZ into another share - might be too early but I can top up if this falls
- still retain a few SQZ but feel this will drift down
- current sentiment has gone here for now, only risk is of SQZ do another acquisition which is why I have retained some
- gas prices have come off highs
- Brexit concerns - Labour would be bad news

So for now I've gone into a non North Sea & Brexit friendly stock - still oil and gas though

I'm pretty sure that Warren Buffet doesn't hold all his stocks long term, everyone has to trade a proportion of their stock holding.
The buy and hold mantra of stock investing was great a few decades ago but its now changed. You have to react to the market - political, financial, sentiment, the next fad etc...

Hopefully ECO will publish the updated CPR in light of Hammerhead data in the very near future

If Total hit pay and laugh all the way to the proverbial just imagine what that will mean to ECO (If we are still around)

Don't disagree with what you have said, I think what will happen with the share price is we will see step wise increases rather than gradual steady rises

Who wants ECOs 15% though - Exxon or Total - either could buy up TLW and ECOs share. If it doesn't happen and they retain their %%% and we hit oil, then we are rich

Not surprised to see this coming off session highs as day traders and those that bought in pre G20 meeting sell for their 4-7%. If OPEC cuts materialise this week then trend should be up. Looking for at least 270p by next trading update in early Feb 2019

There’s nothing worse than diluting shares holders with hundreds and millions of new shares when the shares are in pennies, but now we are in pounds it’s not so bad. They have delivered multi bagging from 5p to 130p by not diluting. The next leg may require dilution or some debt

Looks like it to me D220, I tried to see if I could listen in to the investor meeting, but they said it was just for institutional investors and not PIs.
It will be interesting to see what the share price does over the next few weeks. It’s been trading within a narrowing range leading up to BKR. If it stays in this range then I think it’s nailed on. Hopefully no big discount to the current share price

We will have a better idea of the value of ECOs 15% when TLW farm out some of their 60%. This very clearly came out of the capital markets day presentation as a risk management strategy by TLW.

ECO should be one of the shares of 2019. I suspect dilution will come at some stage - not really bothered as it should improve the liquidity. I think dilution will come at a higher share price though.
