ECO Colin Kilney hosted a roomful of London Energy analysts this afternoon. Why?

I reckon ECO & Africa oil will farm into TLW 60% and drill in Orinduik with TOTAL sooner rather than later. If they are hosting analysts that may mean a fund raise. Probably the best option with TLW in dire straights.

If it’s a multi well campaign it wouldn’t bother me. If it’s limited dilution for a single or 2 well campaign that’s not bad either

They say they expect oil prices to be lower this year by $10. This is contrary to other expectations. $1.5b of resulting impairments driving down the negativity and thus share price. I’m sure the likes of Total and CNOOC would like a cheap price.
