RE: Taking the mick25 Jun 2020 19:04
Fair amount of discussion on why the market isn’t valuing RRE fairly or why some other stocks have gone up more like PMO et al. I think some of it’s due to known near term news driving speculative buying and traders taking positions. For example, PMO have the BP acquisition, short interest subsiding, TLW have farm outs and selling assets, SQZ recent dividend, Rhum drilling, Colombus not too far away
RRE have a “possible” acquisition, this could be months and that’s if AA can pull it off (I’m sure he can), so it’s only patient investors/ traders willing to take early positions or betting that poo will eventually recover to previous highs to reflect the previous RRE share price, plus its “relatively” safe ie cash in bank, no debt. If RRE confirmed a dividend come October, traders etc will buy in.
Just some thoughts.
So apart from an acquisition that “could” be in the works, what’s going to entice investors/ traders to buy the shares short & medium term?
