SQZ management have already said in the last full year update that they had made offers for acquisitions. These had fallen through because they could not agree on terms. SQZ did not want to overpay. That was pre covid, so things may have changed and you never know the buy price may be a lot lower. Time will tell.
Tolmount is available as the PMO acquisition of an additional 25% had fallen through, that would be a good fit

that's correct, but we also have colombus, Rhum and an acquisition if it happens. We still have Namibia as well. In a previous life SQZ also had producing assets in the far east, not sure if they would revisit other geographical areas as the North Sea is the strategy

For a company that was set up for a low oil price environment, the board here have given up. That’s the tone of the RNS. Sold for less than the cash position. Poor show.

Who says the company value will stay the same after a RI? Dilute say 10%, increase production by 30%. I like the sound of that

Current premium of an acquisition may not be what we want ie share price >£1, but it could result in a bidding war as the best of PMO is to come

just like i said, share price propped up for a RI on a weighted average over the last few months

There are no big orders to be filled, can’t even sell any decent wedge of shares even with a limit order

Or the price held to make a takeover at x% premium to the average share price

Share price has held in the 49 - 54p price range, so I would infer dilution around these levels give or take 10%

Because PMO are looking to sell the Zama asset
