They must have an excellent idea on the 2d Seismics - raise a small amount now and then another when the share price really goes into orbit on the 2d RNS and subsequent drill updates. If they carry on tweeting during drilling, it could go mental

I believe US still relies heavily on coal, so they need to reduce that significantly. Moving over to gas from coal is also a no brainer

Looks like Tulip oil report their H1 and Full year results in late August and February respectively. So August not too far away. 2021 results should be much better than 2020 due to strong oil and gas prices. Anyone think we would get any guidance on dividends in this update?

anyway, yes gas prices look very strong for the next 12 months despite it being sunny and warm today!! Gas reserves must have depleted significantly this winter

HE1 could have raised twice as much as they did, but chose to go with $10m. This shows great confidence, they know the results of the seismic campaign. Why raise additional funds at 10p, when you can raise any extra funds in a few months time at £1

Andrew Austion of Kistos has already said that he isnt interested in Oil, only Gas and New Energy, so i doubt that there would be any merger with SEY & KIST

yes certainly should be interesting NewKTOB, no leaks of bad news or good news, tight ship for once!! There is also an "analysts call" late morning, which us average PIs cant listen in to, i guess we would have some difficult questions for them to answer

as legache states, cant see why they wouldn't pay a dividend, in fact i would hope that they would increase it. Gas prices look strong for the next 12 months and we have increased production coming on stream.
I would prefer a half yearly or quarterly dividend once production ramps up, that way at least that should bring some stability to the share price rather than these 20% peaks and troughs

Not expecting any great financials in April unless they give an indication of YTD 2021 figures, its the September interims that should be far better. If RHUM3 is successful, obviously that will help

didnt we see high gas prices in Q4 which therefore should have a positive impact on cash on hand for year ending 2020, and despite the lost 45 days production and extended rhum3 drill

Tailwind which has a share of Colombus has acquired Decipher as below, tick tock :

Tailwind Energy has announced the purchase of fellow UK North Sea-focused operator Decipher Energy, without disclosing the deal's price.

"This acquisition will allow Tailwind to continue to deploy its strategy of exploiting organic production and near-term reserves growth opportunities whilst building out the Tailwind portfolio," the company said in a brief statement on April 1, adding that the deal was subject to regulatory and government approvals.

Tailwind was founded in London in 2016 and produces hydrocarbons from the Conwy field in the East Irish Sea and the Triton area in the UK North Sea. It also has a 25% stake in Serica Energy-operated Columbus field, also in the North Sea, which is due on stream later this year.

Decipher was also set up in 2016 and acquired Iona Energy the following year. It has 100% interests in the producing Mansell and Orlando fields and the Senna discovery, all in the northern North Sea.

The last RNS stated:

"Elsewhere, the Rhum R3 intervention project is progressing towards completion and, following operations to the reinstate production, is expected to make a significant contribution to overall field performance."

so, although late, it implies that its progressing as expected
