You are also forgetting to €60m cash for KIST & market is expecting the “main” acquisition to come around Q4, but plenty of organic growth in the pipeline. Not at the snails pace over here

i cant see one in 4-6 weeks, might be sometime in late Q3 or Q4. But plenty of news flow from Organic growth.

From the Trading update on the 21st May the KIST RNS stated
"Group cash at bank on closing is £46.8 million implying net debt of £82.2 million" which is equivalent to around €55m cash

Yesterdays Trading update stated
"Cash balances at 30th June 2021 were €59.1MM"

So that is around €4m "cash" added in about a month, however, gas prices have risen significantly again. Current production exceeds previous forecasts and with all the other projects coming on stream we will be throwing off cash.

I bet Andrew Austin in his wildest dreams could not have dreamt of these gas prices and the immediate 12 months looks strong as well.

Link below from doyle172 on the PMG board. Forward curve for gas remains strong, the Russians aren’t playing nicely and if we get another cold winter…..where could gas prices go. Also there is the move away from coal. Great time to be in gas stocks.

The amount of cash that SQZ will be throwing off, I wouldn’t rule out a special dividend but they will have a war chest for an acquisition(s). When will the Hunter become the hunted. Anyone that’s wants to snap us up needs to strike fast.

I thought ECO would have fallen more, but its shown some resilience. Bodes well for the forthcoming Sapote drill, exciting times ahead.

We weren't the only oil and gas company that had a recent rally in the share price. As per my previous post a few days ago, there were strong gains with PMG, KIST, I3E, JKX etc... So its likely that the recent strong gas prices had some effect. Gas prices are weaker today, although still way higher than 6-12 months ago. They have "cooled" off today and so has the share prices of all the afore mentioned companies including ourselves. Some profit taking.
Regards the strong selling by GRG, we will have to wait and see what their reasons for doing so are. Are we about to be acquired or will be acquiring ourselves, time will tell.

No news yet on RHUM3 & Colombus

Well there it is, December 2021 Natural gas contract at 101p, and all the other months in the high 90s.

100% BKR, RHUM3 & COL are not even priced in yet! Most gas stocks are up significantly in the last week like PMG, KIST. So it looks like its due to the strong gas price rather than anything else.
Triple figure gas prices coming soon.

Hopefully everyone is ok, but it does show the precarious situation around global gas supply at the moment

absolutely NewKTOB, anyone wanting SQZ have to make their move now. Gas prices approaching triple digits, we already have £100+ cash in the bank, no debt. Can you imagine the current and future cash flow.
Buying SQZ even at 250p is a bargain, a steal in fact. How many people would take 250p if an offer was made, as i said that still cheap

So we have the TR1s for GRG reducing and they have done so at great speed lately. Who are the selling to as someone is mopping these up in a rising share price. And how come we haven't seen any TR1s for anyone that is accumulating

not as good as it should be, still way undervalued, see that GRG are stilling reducing, who to is the question
