(My personal experience of Consolidations isn't a happy one, so I'll just have to resign myself to that fact that the value of my holding is about to drop further whilst SD's 'chosen few' the iis are laughing (as are the Shorters!!! 😡😡)

Been invested here for over 10 years now (and not getting any younger) so was hoping to be better off than I am at this point! 🤨

Apologies if already covered (and for potentially being thick!?) but how does the delisting affect GGP shares held in an ISA?

If they are removed upon delisting (as I have had in the past and placed into a trading account) are they automatically put back into my ISA once the new GGP entity is listed?

Having an average of 1.1p and a fairly large holding (just under 2m) I don't want to find that my holding ends up in a trading account, is then too large to transfer back into my ISA once relisted and then gets clobbered for large amounts of tax!

Any thoughts would be welcome!

I'm in GGP also Lazarus2 (2m+ shares) so fully agree regarding today's news!

A good result here also would be the icing on the cake! (although I was hoping for it to happen prior to any increase in GGP's sp so I could have bought some more whilst they were still being held back!?!)

I am also with HL so this is a concern for me too.

When you transferred to ii, did you do it 'in specie' (i.e. just transfer the holding over) or did you have to sell your shares, transfer the funds and the re-buy your shares?

they already tried the same **** over at sar (recommend rf, trash the sp, then move in) as is their modus operandi (all in my own opinion of course!)

they only succeeded regarding the first two and if we shareholders at sar hadn't come together and bailed the company out with our 'hard earned' we too would now be getting royally f8cked over no doubt?! (again all in my own opinion of course! 😉).
