Average of 1.1p (ISA - 1,718,232 shares as sold some at 18p to get into SAR) and 13p (Pension - 286,294 shares) so unlike some poor souls on here am still fortunate to be up 490% in the ISA. I am however ยฃ600k + down in profits since the ALT in 2019/20 having not sold when perhaps I should (which I am hoping now I won't live to regret!)
I am by no means wealthy and this share will mean the difference between a modestly comfortable retirement or one of just getting by (if I'm lucky!) so a lot riding on this.
As I took the risk 10 years ago and backed a winner (for once so it seems) what I don't want to see now is LTHs robbed of our just rewards due to any future corporate shenanigans or further unnecessary dilution just to facilitate SD's ambitions of building Northern Star 2.0 at our expense!
I believe he will get there, but we LTHs should be front and foremost to share the spoils, not the 'late comers' in the form of Aussie iis allowed in at a discount to the detriment of those who have backed the company from the early days and weathered the 'ill winds' to date!
Any further raises if at all necessary should also be accretive and at a premium not yet another ridiculous discount, as we will be a gold producer shortly and should be priced accordingly!
Anyway rant over and GL!
