Same here FTC.
When I first bought in here (using profit from a tranche of GGP that I sold at 18.1p back in July 2021) the plan was to make enough (and hopefully fairly quickly) so as to replace those shares sold and substantially increase my original holding (of just over 2M shares) in GGP.
Well clearly that hasn't worked out as planned, as I now find myself currently 75% down and sitting on just over a £61k loss!!
However, as GGP's sp has also dropped since then I now find myself being able to crystallise my SAR loss and using the £20k of value remaining to repurchase GGP shares - which would not only replace those I originally sold back in 2021 but would also give me an additional 30k GGP shares to boot (i.e. better off, number of shares wise, than I was prior to investing in SAR and no worse off than I would have been had I never purchased SAR in the first place!)
It's now nearly a year since they stated that they had 'taken on board' what was said about the lack of PI Coms. at the last AGM, yet nothing changes (other than Parker's increase in salary!?!)
We bailed the company out not so long ago (after the RF fiasco which was of THEIR making!!) and the BOD need to fu ck ing remember that!
With what has gone on here over the last few years, especially with the BOD continuing to treat us like mushrooms (i.e. keeping us in the dark whilst feeding us on B* LL Shi8t, or so it would appear?!) and after this latest 'change in direction' (with so far no explanation) I'm just waiting to see what we are told (or more likely not told!) in tomorrow's presentation before making a final decision!? 🤔
