Ok Stew and Loopup are gonna be £4 by Xmas as well and I know because Father Christmas told me.

Indeed Cupid….revenues initially are not going to be of a level to sustain the growth and costs of the company hence Cellular listed…to raise cash. As long as growth becomes strong then the dilutory effect of future raises and the need to raise reduces.
An interesting year ahead indeed but please can we stop with the ‘multi billion’ talk?

A discounted cash settlement pre-trial which does away with a potentially drawn out appeals and payment process would have to be considered.
The current cash runway doesn’t sustain us beyond ‘23(barring new revenues) so a fund raising would be avoided and allow us to all move forward.

Shouting what you would like the SP to be ain't going to make it so.
Cellular will need to raise funds as they grow,that is why they are listed,and that will temper the SP as and when it happens.
I have a big chunk invested here(not as big as BigDavesDad) but into 6 figures,if this is anywhere near 30p before the end of the year then I'll be cashing out.
Let's see who's right.

Hi Feeks,IF PTAB goes our way,I'm sure Samsung would be aware of the potential level of its' damages liability if they go on to lose in Texas,particularly if Texas rules wilful infringement.
Surely Samsung would consider taking us out pre-Texas 'on the cheap' as it were?
If potential damages could run to $1B (to quote you), at what offer for the company would the controlling shareholders accept (pre-Texas) ?
