Solid double digit constant currency growth, spectacular in £. Strategy of organic growth plus bolt-on acquisitions (with plenty of FCF being generated for this) continues and double digit growth expected out to 2021. But, inline with what the market was expecting, and given the rise in the last 6 months (it hit my price target about 3 months early!), I wouldn't be surprised to see some treading of water for a time. Other thoughts?

Afraid so Suth. Mothae has gone to an Australian based company called Lucapa. Interestingly, one of the bidders was Titanium, PM's holding Company. I'm assuming this included the holders who decided to give PM more money(the so called PRG2 strategy) but it looks like that has failed as well. Apparently, Letsthoto is asking for any interest in Lemphane which suggests that PRG has lost that too. A sad tae littered with broken promises and poor management. Very sorry for PIs who put serious money into this (even though they did **** me off when I tried to apply critical thinking!!). Good Luck Suth.

Monty, a few things - Firstly, that's because revenues quoted in dollars (very strong currency) so any non-dollar revenues pull down dollar figure. Secondly this story is about margins not revenue growth. Profitability was actually much improved. Finally, adjusted EPS in FY 16 was $1.5 equivalent to £1.25 so where on earth do you get a PE of 36 from it's actually about 17. Please check your facts.

Yep. We've gone from a great software business with no debt, to one which still has £11mn of debt. This suggests we were lied to or, the 2nd half of last year was so bad, that it has actually creamed the balance sheet. Yesterday was the last straw for me so I sold out at 9.2p. I would suggest you do the same if you still have some mate.

Agreed. probably a bit of focus on difficult $-related numbers, forgetting that we own a £ share price!!

Gaffy - in Company bigger than £100m, who is profitable and isn't being bid for? Can't be many.

10% of the share capital has changed hands today. I don't think I've ever seen that before in a Company which hasn't actually been bid for. Astonishing.

My view here is that they would have to be absolute idiots not to prosper in the market they're in, even if they do have the odd hiccough. Unfortunately, we have learned to day that they probably are idiots after all! Complete farce, and even cancelled markets day with 24 hours notice!! Fundamentally, unlikely to see a recovery for some time- clearly not the blip they has us believing. However, I will be staying invested here, as I really wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of bid come in at these levels.

...its been a long wait but finally we're getting some payback here. Really notable thing for me is that throughout the period of volatility and a falling share price, the company has never done anything other than match or beat expectations. Finally the market seems to be recognising this!!

I actually bought them when they we -72p - yes someone actually paid me 72p each to take 1 billion shares of their hands. Shortly after this I won gold medals in 36 different Olympic events, and starred in my own blockbuster movie. Basically I'm totally staggered by my own awesomeness on a daily basis. Do I win.....? :-))
