Karl is listed as Interim Financial Officer, but is not a Director.

There is NO mention of Solgold in his Bio, whereas Nick is mentioned as CEO of Solgold

No other mentions of Solgold on any of the other Bios.

Main Board now only four people:

NM; Moller; Vincent Mascolo (who acquired almost 10 million shares on the DGR Equity issue); Ben Cleary (Tribeca...)

Finally, this was embedded in a case study...

It was never a bid...it was an "Investment and earn in proposal" involving BHP acquiring 70% of ENSA and a 10% stake in SOLG, as below:

This was NOT recommended by the Board and separately there was an investment proposal for NCM to acquire 10% of SOLG, which was recommended by the Board...

"An offer by BHP to acquire a 10% interest in SolGold for US$30 million which implies a share issue price for SolGold of approximately US$0.22;

? A right for BHP to appoint a Director to the Board of SolGold;

? An offer by BHP to earn-in to the Cascabel Project, by spending US$275 million to acquire 70% of ENSA out of SolGold's 85% interest in Exploraciones Novomining S.A (ENSA) which company currently holds the Cascabel project tenements."

I think today's rise is a combination of:

US Election fog beginning to clear...

Shorters closing/investors seeing the short term bottom...

Gold price flying because of stimulus/Fed balance sheet...

Copper price up on the back of risk on moves in the US Markets (S&P up almost 10 % in four days)...

I didn't buy back because I'm very happy with my core holding and have invested the spare cash in gold/silver stocks pre today's rise and want to hold those...

Onwards and upwards...

Don't bank on Thursday iceberg...if its clear cut by tomorrow either way (probably Biden) then Thursday is OK, but if the early results imply a Trump win or a tight race before the bulk of postal votes have been counted, its all up in the air.

Authoritative voices have suggested the result may not be clear cut before Friday and even then if its tight I could see Trump taking it through the courts, if only to delay the inevitable...

Hence why I lightened my load recently...
