For starters, the CEO leads and the CFO supports on City and Investor engagement...

At the moment Ingo is doing that on an interim basis...

And Keith has publicly stated he doesn't want the job...

The Chairman of the Company always leads on Corporate Governance, NOT the CEO...

But the CEO has to recommend the Strategy to the Board and implement key elements of the CG.

If you want a better understanding, read all the Governance elements in the Annual Report.

ESG is now fundamental for starters.

Jerry... last year GGP holders were crowing at our expense...even on here...

The difference is that GGP have had their PFS and the SP is down today...

When ours comes out the SP will go up, because we own 85% of Cascabel and a massive lot more...

There is no animosity but I know from personal experience that GGP holders trash SOLG holders even if they say something constructive or factual...
