Let me restate:
1 I was one of very many investors being called over a two week period
2 Any one of you could have been on that list. I was invited by Fawzi
3 The totality of the presentation was about ESG and Corporate Governance in which I have a strong interest, hence being called
4 I was able to ask 7 questions having sought suggestions on here
5 Not one of these was a surprise to the 2 Directors on the call (Fawzi was also present) as duplicating similar questions that other investors are asking
6 Next time I wont bother with any feedback

Just as I was posting, a bargain of 348,998 blew through at 27.47...clearly a buy...

Clearly someone or institution thought this morning's telecom was worthwhile...

Or maybe they luuurrrvvveee the Tandy RNS...?

The thought just occurred to me that maybe some on here misunderstood what this mornings videoconferencing was about.

First, it was a chance for Elodie to present in detail on CG and ESG.

MOST of the info she presented is already available in the public domain, what little wasn't, wasn't remotely price sensitive, such as how community engagement and the diversity policy are progressing.

Second, it was a chance for anyone whop attended to ask the Chairman anything about SOLG and its Corporate Governance.

During the conversation he shared the sort of questions other 'attendees' were asking, none of which would surprise anyone here.

He addressed avery question and answered where he felt able to, without giving away anything that might be sensitive or capable of misconstruction.

I have reproduced all of my questions (and thanks for your input to these) and left you to make your own minds about the answers, as I was similarly left, which answering those that were not 'material' to the SP.

I am in no doubt that there will be some sort of RNS when this process has been completed and the Board has had a chance to direct some very direct feedback.

For example even before the dialogue I was briefed that:

"most calls start with a) where is the CEO, b) what can we expect from the PFS and c) what is BHP / NCM thinking, and since yesterday, how to consider the opinion of Berry Street and is this the wider view of the street...."

So if I didn't ask all those questions I'm certain that many others did.

But surely that is the point...

My questions were designed to reflect this Board's interest and to make some very pithy and pertinent points, even if they weren't all answered directly...

And I have to say that none of them came as a surprise and the Chairman took them on the chin.

He deserves our respect for that...would the previous Chairman/CEO have done that?

I'm talking about you contacting THE COMPANY direct and asking them.

I started by forging a constructive relationship with Eliza

She put me in direct contact with Nick and Karl.

Then she out me in touch with another member of the management team.

We had a couple of conversations and as a result formed a business relationship without compromising each other's position.

Meanwhile Fawzi took over from Eliaz and ALWAYS answers my emails (hence the info about Solgold Finance AG).

Finally, the Company was putting together a wide ranging investors 'roadshow' (i.e. a series of one to ones with the Chairman and Elodie) and this guys were asked to recommend some private investors to be included so that we wouldn't be left out of the loop.

I simply said yes please and the rest of it you know...

Now what's to stop you or anyone doing all of that?

DBW also has a direct relationship with the company and like me he attends and asks questions at all the 'conferences/podcasts'. We don't always get all the answers, but for example none of you had any issue when Keith was reported as saying that he didn't want the CEO job permanently and gave explicit reasons why.

You haven't even tried to ask for it...

I wasn't told directly smickster but reading between the lines I suspect this at least and maybe the full '30 holes' will be incorporated.

However, I exhorted the Chairman not to hold up the PFS beyond the year end. It can always be revised later, but the project funding won't wait, let alone the shareholders' reaction...

Its like people can either read the Hannam report or do the massive in depth research and crunch the numbers themselves

Or rely on a small handful of talented people on here who understand mining to understand the latest Tandy MRE...or they could take the time and trouble to learn about mine engineering and geology and work it out for themselves.

This is my day job. I enjoy doing all the research and investing the time.

If I get anything useful, I ALWAYS share it with some people who could find it out for themselves but can't be bothered...

Based on the lukewarm reception for the Tandy RNS this morning, nothing that was shared would impact the share price as much as

"We have appointed Freda Bloggs as CEO effective from 1st January" or

"The PFS will be published by the end of the week..."

I restate...not one of the answers I got was material to the share price...

As I've implied...anyone on here could do the same and have the same conversations...

Much of this Board is preoccupied with speculation...most of which is ridiculous if people read what is publicly available...

Unless they're calling the Board liars...

If I post opinions on here, I always welcome a debate.

Ig I post facts they are verifiable or available to anyone who wants to take the trouble.

Like most people I will express my frustrations some time, because this could all be happening quicker and more effectively, but at the end of the day, human beings get in the way...

But in general I have remained consistently positive and all my posts are flagged 'strong buy' (although I'll probably get called out for inside information for saying that...)

Most on here are decent people.

The rest I have either filtered or ignore their posts or read them through a 'Trip Advisor' filter, if you know what I mean.

I asked for input to my video call from posters on here and only a handful responded, so I crafted the questions in the context of issues previously expressed on here or what I feel to be the most pressing questions.

If I ask the question "when will the PFS be posted" I get the answer "we're still on track for the end of the year", not "a week on Tuesday..."

If I ask when are you going to appoint a CEO, I'm not going to get 'tomorrow' or anything specific, just 'imminently' or soon...

But when I'm engaged in face to face dialogue I can gauge the body language and the tonality as well as the answer.

And I say again. Anybody could build the relationships I have.

It takes no more effort than what I already put in to this board.

However, despite the many positive comments today, the negative responses have received by far the most 'ticks' and I am seriously on the verge of simply shifting to ADVFN.

You put the effort in and there will always be some people who will rubbish what you do because that;'s the way they're made.

I don't care, they can continue to believe what they want to believe and base their investment decisions on that...

But then you ask "why are they still here...why are they still invested..."

People are crying out for information from Solgold all the time and when they're given it and its not in a RNS, they cry foul...

If the questions weren't anodyne and they were answered directly the answers would not be anodyne...

NONE of the answers were material...but wild speculation on here could damage the SP...
