RE: My own conclusions...19 Oct 2021 12:03
As to my other conclusions and without revealing any confidences..
There is no doubt that this major exercise is preparing the way for the AGM by teasing out the key issues (which frankly are pretty obvious to all of us on here), sharing insights and garnering responses to those insights.
While I still think much has been achieved in the last year, especially on CG, there are still some key actions to be completed and the AGM could be challenging while 'the elephant remains in the room'...
Until then, and as I stated clearly, in my opinion Solgold remains 'cannon fodder' and vulnerable to an unwanted bid (apart from some on here).
In fact I stated openly that there is even a price at which I would sell, based on where we have come to in all this....
Moving on...
Apart from this issue and recruiting a CEO, clearly the Alpala PFS and project funding are key, so...
They need to issue a PFS by end 2021 incorporating as much of Tandy and anything else as possible to make the economics as attractive as possible.
The financing proposals need to be released as soon as possible after that to allay any doubts about the bankability of the Alpala project.
Finally, I'm clear that any damaged relationships from 2020 have been repaired but that doesn't mean that those investors won't be looking closely at the build up to and outcome of the AGM...
Seems like deja vu again already....
