Net operatin g cashflows for the year $27.234 Billion

No new Group-level debt was issued in FY2021 and debt that matured during the year was not refinanced.

They have an undrawn Finance Facility of $5.5 Billion

BHP's agreed offer for Noront is only $258 million; Wyloo's is $328 million, so it is a minuscule proportion of BHP's cash resources.

Net debt at year end was $4.1 Billion, down $8 Billion on the year, so they will already be cash positive this year.

Even if they had to match Wyloo's offer it is petty cash.

Kamoa Kakuala will take some time to pull off if they manage it, but I wonder if its a diversionary tactic, because Ecuador is still a much more stable jurisdiction than DRC...

I am certain the Company is putting everything in place to finance and build out Alpala but

I still believe the delays and complexity leave it vulnerable to a bid.

So Q is entitled to his view that Alpala will be taken to production and...

Some of us are entitled to our view that Solgold won't be doing it on its own...or maybe even at all due to a takeover...
