RE: Interesting fact - BHP has been manipulating the solgold share price for 5 years now! Absolute grubs22 Oct 2021 11:47
There is no need to fear a 'low ball bid' as many have warned...
There are at least six 'household names' looking at the 'small projects' which also gives them material insights into Solgold as a whole.
Any credible player would know that a 'low ball bid' would be seen as derisory and would only fire the starters gun on an auction.
We all know the copper story especially re EVs, but
There is only 9 years go gold left to be mined from existing sites and it takes 20 years to produce gold typically from first discovery to first commercial production...
The typical patter is that the gold price gets depressed in real terms...
Juniors underperform majors in SP terms...majors gobble up juniors with proven resources at lower prices than otherwise, however...
Solgold will never go for peanuts with copper hitting and comfortably expected to exceed all time highs...
Gold forecast to hit $3,000 (Bank of America) or more...
Silver forecast up to $150...
And the likes of Barrick publicly changing their strategy from gold to copper/gold (copper is the new gold...)
So I foresee...
An opening bid...
An attempted knockout by the owners of Valuestone (Jiangxi Copper) and, after a battle...
Barrick or BHP emerging as winners with a bid between 100/200p depending on the state of the market at the time...
