I did...sold them again...other prospects fallen in price...

ITM down 15% in three days

ADT1 down almost 10% from when I last sold

FRES now looking ridiculously cheap with Gold pushing $1900; silver pushing $24; and SOLG up 4% in the last week...

I've held on steadfastly with 1 million with a huge bankable profit and the shares unlikely to outperform what I've bought before PFS, unless there is a bid...

So cut SOLG from half my portfolio value...far too high...

AIMO of course and GLA...

Too top heavy in one stock which is going nowhere compared to others' potential...

Sold 220k SOLG and back into FRES, ITM and ADT1

The main focus was Alpala/Tandy.

Drilling at Rio doubled from c1000m to another 2000m, BUT the results are held up because of the Omicron wave in January.

H/Y end cash was $58m but working capital was $63m due to receivables.

$25m planned for HY to June at Cascabel

$12m for Regional projects including MREs for Rio and what else?

Cornerstones Liability is now $45m plus...

So in conclusion unexciting but comfortable on cash and Rio results to come when the labs open up...

Gold just bust resistance out of the wedge, hitting 1860...

It is a fundamental change to remove the word 'Development' from the Strategic statement right up front on the website and therefore on the next presentation and Financial Report...

Lets see what the MD&A says...

This smacks of greater realism and a fundamental change of direction following Darryl's appointment...

Aye...they've removed "emerging copper gold major" and, most significantly (Quady please note) "Development"...

Is this a response to the aggression at the AGM?

Is there something we're not being told, which may well emerge in the MD&A if not before...?

New Strategic banner says:

"SolGold is a leading exploration company
focused on the discovery and definition of
worldclass copper and gold deposits"

But even as recent as 29 September in the Annual Report it said:

"
SOLGOLD IS AN EMERGING COPPER-GOLD MAJOR, AND LEADING EXPLORATION COMPANY FOCUSED ON THE DISCOVERY, DEFINITION AND DEVELOPMENT OF WORLD-CLASS COPPER
AND GOLD DEPOSITS"

Together with Darryl's 'Freudian Slip"...moving forward "as if" Solgold will develop Alpala, this strongly suggests to me that the Board has had a fundamental rethink and is planning for others to develop the prospects, either through a majority JV on e.g. Alpala or if one or more is sold off...

Or...and especially since Twigger's attack last year...they are preparing for a bid...

Ah...I see what you mean...surely that's a fundamental Strategic change...?
