So we'll need another fundraise before June...if we get that far...

Based on my initial read through the main points to stand out are:

Cash at Sept 30 was $11.7m so they needed the Okisksisko deal.

That gives us $61m to carry us through from 1 Oct, but..

$53m is planned for Cascabel, mainly to do with DFS which they've started.

$27m is planned for other projects, mainly Porvenir, but some drilling at Rio, Helipuerto, etc.

Darryl was given 1.3m shares as well as his options.

CGP closed at 4.17

CGP going up steadily...$4.10 now...

Stock Exchange websote says 7.157 million traded today as opposed to the 6.56 million shown on LSE

There have only been 10 busier days since Feb 2021 and only three since June...

So far we've had 1.66 million shares traded after hours WITHOUT the 375k UT...

Which is a very astute question.

Sangha did an interview. He had time to consider and collect his thoughts...he said what he said, which surely implies that he is VERY confident that something big is going to happen that BHP and NCM can do nothing about...

Thats what the CGP price should have been post the merger RNS, in equivalence terms, but the current SP values them at $4.44CDN...

So maybe they are converging as the merger reaches culmination...?

For my part, if theres going tp be a takeover battle, the starting share price wants to be as high as possible, so I would want a share stake sale AND Porvenir AND PFS2, but...

If it hasn't gone through pre merger, I belive the company could hold the shares in Treasury with no need to redeem them.

Why might they want to do that?

To keep the 'bid friendly' Directors in place at the AGM, so...

20% CGP + Nick an Associates (20%) plus 6.7% gives 46.7%. If PIs largely throw their weight behind Nick that could be say 55/60%...

Then there is voting for whatever resolutions are proposed...we'll find out soon...35 days Notice was given in 2020 and 26 days in 2021. The AGM is on 22 December. So..any time between 17 and 26 November...?
