Similarly Newmont clearly didn't want to disrupt the sale process as their stake would have sunk even lower...

So I think we can conclude that BHP, Newmont and Jiangxi are interested in either a full purchase or selling their stake at the highest possible price...

That bodes well in my book...

You dont need a DFS to sell the company or indeed Cascabel.

It is the final stage before starting the financing round but we ARENT building the mine...

It's important to understand that Greenland is a very different proposition to Finland, but the permafrost is thawing fast, based on what I saw...of 30 glaciers we saw, only 2 now reach the sea...

But Greenland has only 56k population and 35% are in Nuuk...

There is no mining culture and the cryolite mine we saw is a ghost town.

The logistics will be highly problematic...look how long it took to rescue the cruise ship...

But with Greenland Minerals gone (mining licence revoked because of uranium), JAY/Disko is now potentially the only 'player's in Greenland.

Finally the geologist on board, who is based in Greenland, said the talk was that Disko had a gas blowout...

There are probably now 6 companies that have done site visits and 20 in the dataroom...the feedback is excellent...

They dont want to market it aggressively because that might result in a lower exit price.

But who will want to be the first to bid if, like BHP at Noront, they end up obliterated...?

You should watch the Middelkoop video from yesterday...this is the best new copper project in the world, the price is ludicrously cheap because Junior Miners have been hammered but he believes the Bull market for Juniors, especially gold, battery metals and copper has already begun and prices could rise rapidly in the New Year...

In short...cheap as chips...
