RM couldn't buy shares until after the Dec 21st Board changes, because that was material information and he is an 'insider'.

JAY only produces final and Interim results (March/April and September) so thats irrelevant.

But surely he can't have any cast iron knowledge about an asset sale, because he wouldn't have been able to trade within 31 days, i.e. nothing before 22 January...?
