I think it would be good if the genuine shareholders on here make an effort to join Wednesday's shareholder call and ask pertinent questions of the CEO while we have him on the spot.

We need to know what assets they are looking at, realistic timescales for drilling etc, how much dilution we will potentially face, how much money they'll need to advance things, whether the billionaire big chief is going to buy in to the company, when we are likely to return to trading etc. etc. etc.

I'm sure affrm will be too busy to attend as usual (never too busy to post rubbish on here day and night though) but it would be nice if there are more than 10 people live on the call for a change.

This is at least a chance to let them know how we feel, even if we don't get the answers we want to hear.

Not sure why everyone on here is already writing off Sagebrush, but don’t forget they also have the much larger Coyote Wash asset, with all drilling permits now obtained & potentially 750,000 barrels of recoverable Oil as well as the known Helium resource.

Directors wouldn’t have recently bought in themselves at 4p if they didn’t have grat confidence that they would be making a large return on their investment.

So Ssccss, if you won’t support the present BOD, what exactly do you want to happen? PPP just to go into administration and all shareholders (including yourself apparently) to get nothing?

To what end? To be proven right?

I’d rather support the current BOD and at least give them the chance to turn this situation around.

I’m not saying I fully trust them, but they are here to make money, and the only way they can do that is by making something of this company not killing it.

Every bogus, untrue RNS released by the company from July 2024 - December 2024 (when he resigned), was released under the name of CEO TOM EVANS & therefore signed off by him as being a true statement.

Others may have been complicit, but he was the one ultimately in charge of everything.

The GV 'deal', the placings, the accounts not being published - all the responsibility of THOMAS MARTIN EVANS - currently MD of Cloudbreak Discovery PLC.

The sooner PPP take action against him, the better.

Working in the Financial Sector myself I know that 'up to 7 years in prison' or prison at all is very rare except in high profile cases.

More likely a fine & a ban from holding a Directorship for a few years.

I'm sure that PPP have a strong case against Mr Evans for market abuse and I'm still not sure what happened to the £360,000 placing funds received shortly before he resigned. Was that ever accounted for? Embezzlement is a serious crime as well.

Zag - Never looked at the TG but i'm almost certain it was never really TE posting there despite affrm, SteveE60 etc. being taken in. Even if it was him, he lied through his teeth, as we all know now.

How people can still defend our former CEO I really don't get. He is guilty of lying in official News Releases, numerous other dodgy practices, and left the company high and dry.

I really hope the current BOD pursue him for damages in court, and he ends up with a massive fine and banned from being a company director.

How Cloudbreak can employ him as their CEO is completely baffling to me. They clearly didn't do any real due diligence.

Zag, I do admit I only invested here back in July 2024 on the hype over the amazing GV deal. I saw the way the share price was going and assumed on the back of the bullshine RNS from Tom Evans that assets and income would only grow over the years.

However, I did start to question whether GV were all they were making out to be, and whether they even had the money to complete the alleged deal. I'm pretty sure the answer was no, without another party putting cash in to the deal.

I was starting to feel uneasy a couple of days before suspension, should have gone with instinct and got out, but there you go...

Maybe PPP can claim against GV for false advertising and time-wasting!

I don't think PPP are unduly worried about any potential Globalvision legal claims. GV are a tinpot company whose website still today has the PPP deal from 2024 as their 'latest news' headline.

I'm not sure what they do, or what they're worth, but if their website is anything to go by they are just small fry oil traders with no major contracts, and hardly any staff.

Reading back throught the recent RNS' regarding Texas, it sounds to me like we have still got to renegotiate the leases, pay the outstanding royalties (once the final figure is established), hire the crew, prepare the first well for restarting of production etc. As none of these things have been announced via RNS there's no way they'd suddenly announce we're 'in production' just like that.

I think we're still at least a month away from any oil actually coming out of the ground. That's the minimum timescale in my view. Not trying to be negative, just realistic. If people are going to check in here on a daily basis expecting that news they are going to have a miserable June...
