I don't understand all this doom & gloom from yesterday because the 2024/25 accounts were not published. Read the 19/02 RNS:

'At the point we, as the Board of Directors, are happy with the accounts we will publish the 2024/25 audited accounts, interims, and then request to trading on the London Stock Exchange.'

They would have presumably received the 2024/25 accounts on Friday, and will be reviewing them now. It states they won't be published until the interim 2025/26 accounts are provided as well, so could be another week, maybe longer.

Affrm - A lot of CEOs talk pie in the sky rubbish like that.

I've been invested in many of these companies - check out ARCM and their 'best JV ever' with Anglo American - lost a packet on that pile of shi*.

As I said before, if the BOD truly believe there is value in PPP, let them buy up all the shares when it returns to trading. Otherwise it's all just big talk with no substance, and relying on mug punter retail investors (as usual) to fund everything.

Tiger16 talks a lot of nonsense ('comes to fusion' indeed...) but for once I do agree with him. Affrm is away with the fairies with his share price predictions. It's much more likely to tank to 1p or less, as it was just a month before suspension and the alleged deal with GV.

When during the last call Richard Spinks said shareholders could avoid major dilution by having the opportunity to buy more shares, I nearly fell off my seat. Why would any sane person buy more shares in a company that was previously in suspension for over 18 months?!

Put your money where your mouth is Richard - buy shares yourself, on the open market, once this eventually comes back to trading. Maybe get the rest of the BOD to stump up a few hundred grand as well.

Well the 'city of registered office' on the TR1 notification is Leicester, and John Richard Deacon of Queen was born in Leicester and still has family connections there, so it could well be him I guess. Maybe investing on behalf of one of his kids who could be involved in AI, who knows.

That is a very disappointing RNS. After nearly 6 weeks since the Hussar LIcence was granted, you'd think they would have started on the repairs of the roads and airstrip, rather than still 'preparing logistics' - translation: doing nothing for 6 weeks.

What was the point of the recent fund raise if they are not already preparing the site? This isn't going to boost the share price or confidence in the company one bit.

Ok deadlyduo, we get it. You don't trust this company and would never invest in them. Good for you.

I think affrm is on day release from some kind of insane asylum. £100 - £200 million market cap indeed! If only.

PPP has no money, big debts, no assets, no employees, a completely new board etc. etc. etc. It's not even currently a going concern.

Technically the company is absolutely worthless. They may or may not have some licences in Texas (probably all expired/given up) and a licence in Ukraine that clearly no-one else wants, which will cost millions to drill (which PPP don't have, hence the CLN).

As for the board trying to help retail investors - having been invested in the likes of Sirius Minerals, KEFI, PDL, ARCM, HE1 etc. I can assure you I've never known Company Directors give a sh*t about dilution of the poor mugs who buy the shares.

What this needs is proper news and clear updates from the company before it will go anywhere.

So why then miker444 have they agreed to give up 25% of GEX NOW, ahead of any Hussar drill, when if successful the share price/market cap would be many miltiples of today's figure? That doesn't make any sense to me.

It's like if Bill Gates had agreed to give up 25% of Microsoft ahead of the release of Windows.

WTF has GEX not given any updates on Hussar in the last 2 weeks if all is now going to progress? It seems very off to me & clearly the market thinks similar with the lack of an updates or interviews.

This is why we need the GEX board to be honest and clear regarding the Hussar situation. The permit was granted 2 weeks ago. Have they done anything on site yet? Are they planning to? What are the timescales?

They have a duty to shareholders to keep us informed. It's no wonder the share price has dropped like a stone with this inept management.
