I was in London yesterday near to where the GM is due to be held (6 Babmaes Street). I wish now I'd gone in and asked at reception for details of the Pennpetro Energy meeting on Thursday.

Assuming the GM goes ahead (which I'm not that confident of to be honest) I'd expect that following the announcement of the result later on 3/07 (which I'm expecting to be a Yes to both resolutions - mostly due to all major holders voting yes) i'd imagine the accounts would be published 04/07.

As for when we're back trading, who knows! The GV deal is probably dead in the water so it's anyone's guess what the value of the company will be post-dilution - not a lot I'm guessing!
