This company is an absolute joke! All this crapp about court cases and renewed licences, and yet we'll be in September on Monday and there has been no drilling in Zambia or Botswana all year apparently.

Drilling season will be over in 2 months, so another year will pass with zero progress made. Ridiculous!

so if lunn supposedly had until 28th july to respond to the request for an egm, why has it still not happened more than 3 weeks later?

What's happening to drilling in Zambia? It started late last year and this year we're already past that date. Is Anglo actually doing anything this year? There are only 3 months left now. Why the heck did drilling not start in mid-May?

What about Botswana as well? Nothing at all this year? Or the new licence in Zambia that ARC bought?

The only real news we've had in months is about how much the Directors will reward themselves if the share price hits certain milestones.

Thanks for answering affrm. From what I've read the company has to give shareholders a minimum of 14 days notice.

In any case an AGM should negate the need for an EGM, so hopefully they'll actually arrange one.

BTW - if the EGM was called a week ago, then I assume it will be held within 21 days, so now within the next 2 weeks.

Sheltie - Here's an idea then - maybe just stop posting on here then.

Once the US listing is confirmed and together with even more positive news I can see a very fast rise.

It just needs us Private Investors to hold firm through that rise and not cash in early for a small profit.

If people hold tight for the next 3 months I can see an SCGL type rise with so few shares in circulation.

The difference here being that PR1 is already making money and winning new clients so we should keep that positive momentum and who knows how high it could go...

Agree Simon. I've got 4% of that free float, and mine won't get sold until we hit at least 60p.

If you hold 5% of the company's shares you can call an AGM - so I very much doubt anyone in there holds anything like 7%.

What I want to know is - if Tom Evans & David Lenigas ripped off this company, why has PPP not sued them both? What action are they taking to recover money paid as bonuses that should have been used to pay the Company debts?

This whole thing is an absolute farce. Look at GV as well - the latest news on their website is from March 2025 and talks about the PPP deal. Pispot little business will never make anything of the Texas wells even if by some miracle the deal is resurrected.
