Having given up on this share quite a while ago, I thought I`d check up on it. The only people making money out of this are the Directors and employees. A bunch of academics masquerading as businessmen.

My hope is that Mike Read is working to show that the company can wash its face and has moved on from the Placing addiction and mediocre acquisitions. Once this is done the company has a solid foundation to build from. That's my hope, but I of course may be wrong as there is v little information

Kingston Smith are a smaller group than BDO. BDO are a nationwide organisation specialising in SME`s. This could reflect the increasing size and success of Falanx. The year end is 30th March so this is an appropriate time to change.
