There’s a buyer consistently picking up shares at 520. Must be Marlowe building a stake.

I don’t think so. More likely to be speculators who don’t believe Marlowe have walked away

As a long term shareholder I’d happily take the Marlowe shares but with a bit more cash. In my portfolio RST is a laggard. The Marlowe team I believe would create more value.

Don’t forget that only 71p is cash. The rest is Marlowe shares. What are they worth?

Doesn’t seem to have affected the SP. Is the takeover a foregone conclusion?

I’d be happy to take the cash and Marlowe shares at 600.
