Over the last year, I’ve been filling my boots. A well run company with a strong franchise.

As the SP slowly and steadily drifts down Vascular is still here after many years talking the SP up. Glad I got out a 28.

All discussion at present should be around cash burn. The product and the opportunity are irrelevant if cash runs out or if there is another placing and the small investor is sidelined.

My hunch is that the small investor will be squeezed out. Better to buy the share now at a heavily discounted price.

David needs to clarify the funding position. Now.

I've seen it before as well Harford, hence my concern and displeasure. In my experience, small investors will often be shut out.

Tracy. With all due respect, you`re suggesting that I`m a de-ramper because I`m asking awkward questions about Directors Loans and Dilution. This is a Forum for discussion. Why are you being so defensive?.

If there`s a Placing at a discount then everyone will get a slice of the action except the small shareholder. I can`t understand why you`re not concerned.

Director Loans were talked about on this Forum as the obvious way ahead for funding. This hasn`t happened. I presume the comments were made to reassure investors. Please explain.

Not sure I understand why Covid19 will result in additional costs. The Bods that work at Ethernity are techno wizzards. they can work anywhere they want. They`ve probably been doing the equivalent of Zoom meetings for the past 10 years. Bods like this tend to prefer to work on their own in my experience, I doubt that they turn up to work in a shirt and tie at 8.00 and go home at 17.00. Sorry but I dont get it. If any company should be able to continue as normal during Covid19 it should be Ethernity.

Look at the SP and draw your own conclusions. Investors think their about to get well and truly shafted.

The fear has always been share dilution. Some on this forum were saying there was nothing to worry about because any frunding would be via a Director Loan. Comments now?. Let see if the small shareholder is about to get shafted. The guys that have held these shares when things looked bleak. The guys that were involved with the original IPO.

This is what I said on 19th April 2019.
"I sold out of this company a while ago. In my opinion at that time, the company was run by a bunch of Academics masquerading as business people. The price then was 20.5. I sold at 24p. Anyone want to argue with me about this?
