Hi the_shareminator "Head grade: 3.1 g/t (although it's dipped more recently)" - not sure this is correct, I believe SLP have removed Ru and Ir from the grade figure... MO

Good day ragnar... Based on the latest info I can find... Phoenix PGM 4E prill split as follows: Pt =69.88% Pd=21.41% Rh=8.38% Au =0.44% Hope they're correctly calculated ;-}... MO

From bottom of RNS... "Phoenix Platinum currently has Chrome dump reserves of approximately 2.3mt, containing ~2.32g/t 4E PGEs and is estimated to sustain current production levels for approximately seven and a half years." Looks like there not counting the Ruthenium (8.59%) and Iridium (3.91%) Plus rights to other dumps and all other sorts of synergies and benefits... match made in heaven !! MO

With the additional production, even at slightly higher opex cost, Phoenix should be generating just under $1m USD per quarter in profit, so will have paid for itself in under 2 years... Matrix had a good read of RNS and all sounding very tasty... Also some tips as to why sale price is above spot... "Benefiting from new and improved PGM concentrate off-take agreement concluded in December 2016, the benefits of which have only been realised in recent months due to a long processing pipeline;" MO

Like this bit from RNS... "Phoenix Platinum is expected to increase annual PGM production by approximately 8,500oz per year, but based on the effective date of the transaction the attributable ounces from Phoenix Platinum to Sylvania during FY2018 will be approximately 5,500oz, increasing total Sylvania production from 70,000oz to 75,500oz for the year." Need to recalibrate our spreadsheets to Quarterly production from 17500, to 18850 Oz :-) Good luck SLPers

The project is expected to produce 12,000oz PFM 6E�s at a plant recovery of 45% over the 9 year life of the operation. The cost to construct and commission the plant was �8.5 million (ZAR 104 million), which was funded from existing cash resources. We've got our Phoenix :-) Yaaaay Sylvania Platinum Limited ("SLP"), the low-cost Platinum Group Metal ("PGM") processor and developer, is pleased to announce that the acquisition ("the Transaction") by Sylvania from Pan African Resources Plc ("PAR") of 100% of the shares in and claims against Phoenix Platinum Mining Proprietary Limited ("Phoenix Platinum") is now unconditional. This follows, amongst other conditions, the approval of the Transaction by the South African Competition Authorities in accordance with the Competition Act 1998. As a result, the effective date of the implementation of the Transaction was, 6 November 2017 when Sylvania took over control, ownership and management of Phoenix Platinum. MO

Cheers the_shareminator I try and stay calm and considered, but also get a little personally attached to shares (I know it's a fault, getting better). That combined with wine, leads to silly mistakes, so I honestly hope ragnar realises my silliness and forgives me. If SLP not paying a divi, then matrix happy for SLP to spend 300k per quarter on shares... maybe more if PGMs continue to strengthen... Hi Ragnar... If you're a punter... LMI < 75 could be good, but will have to wait until next QTR.. As we know in the background PGMs up well over 10%, if maintained/increased bodes well for LMI next QTR... MO

Maybe time for PGM companies to collude for their betterment, like OPEC/non-OPEC cartels did for oil... Because at the moment going for volume is not help their cause... Have a good day all
