(all per Q88) MO has learnt with some tankers to take a 10/12% discount for worst case (is ballast)... So if Southport departing draught is 14m, then is min 600k, max 660k... Total offload time was 35 hours,,, previously observed rates between 18-20k per hour) Rest is guess... MO
