Not really @Ineedmoney. The primary and secondary endpoints are easily measured. It matters not whether you are vaccinated or not and you turn up to hospital requiring oxygen and struggling to breathe. What matters is that the drug can be efficacious to the population that arrive at the hospital door in that state.

P2 completion of enrolment on Activ-2 is not price sensitive IMO. The process and decisions made after the dataset has been analysed are. The board may or may not decide not to progress to P3 Activ-2 depending on the data readout and their current sighting on completion of their on P3 in hospital.

I get the feeling the board was hoping Activ-2 may have got them an early EUA. With our own P3 end in sight they may feel it better to just look at EUA/full approval via that route.

When the board make the decision to progress (if data is good) or are told the dataset is not good enough to progress by Activ 2 then an rns will be forthcoming.

Josh, They also had equally poor results from the same drug in another prophylactic trial. A trial whereby the participants were highly likely to come into contact with the virus as a close contact had tested positive. More questions than answers for me.

- 60% of hospitalised cases in Israel are double vaxxed.

SNG001 should be available now. How a drug with an excellent safety profile cannot get an EUA under these circumstances while P3 data is being collected is mind boggling. The regulators are a disgrace. The system needs to change.

@CO, Why would he? If he is worried about what the SP is doing he is t doing his job properly. AS needs to make sure the LFD contracts are being progressed as well as other affirmer pipline deals along with ensure the companies first clinical trial is perfectly run.

The SP will do what it does and he has zero control over that. If he was to comment on it then I would consider selling up as no CEO worth his salt would bother unless there is something in the press which has put a negative slant on the company and resulted in a fall.

GFF, You sum up the situation perfectly. It was actually a bullish signal that rns and the way it was written. Directors exercise all their options due to expire. Sell a portion to cover costs and tax and hold the rest. Can’t believe anyone would sell on that.

All three directors now have more shares than the had prior to yesterday so have increased their holdings!

They also have $23 billion revenue. Using debt to grow is how companies get as big as Qualcomm.
