PM said recently that he was waiting for sign off several large fleet deals so that he could report to the market. Think it was on the investor updates in Aug/Sep time.

That’s a pretty big question but as this investment relates to autonomous driving tech and the autonomous driving revolution is still a long way off I think it has very little relevance to the Magna mirror deal.

Thought it was stated as 3 wins.

I don’t think Gentex even have a DMS mirror product to sell yet do they?

Well well well. This is big news!

The main thing I took out of the presentation is that in 2026 the company at a minimum, will generate a NETT profit of $US75million based on current booked business in AUTO division. If you include the volume that they also expect to win for this current rfq for 2026 then Nett profit will be in the region of $120m.

Auto only. Minimum licence fee. Conservative volume estimates.

The market will wake up eventually.

The BOD don’t care about the share price but the chair Kate Hill buys 3 million of stock in November at 11.6p…….. Give me a break!

It was very smart business in the current credit environment at unbelievable terms. If they had run cash down and needed a cash call next year the company would have had no chance of a deal like this.

Think about where SEYE is at the moment. As of end of June they had $13m cash. They are going to need to raise early in the new year and god only knows where the market will be at that point. I know where I would rather be invested……. and we have the bonus that in 2 and a half years time Magna will need to renew their exclusivity on the mirror.

Suggest you go and understand why Newcrest have already put $250m+ into this project already and you will find your answer about their intentions around mine funding and development.

Secondly go and look at who is the man behind Wyloo Resources. He is a huge player in Australian mining and not averse to a bid on a mining company.

Exactly….. and they weren’t the only company today to rns a postponement of their presentation next week but good excuse for some to give the company a bash.

Agree totally. Shareholders and the market deserve to know how significant the relationship is with Qualcomm. Very little has been said by PM about it. The company must shave some idea of the volumes and revenue that will be coming their way from the Qualcomm partnership.

See’s DMs is integrated in the Snapdragon digital chassis as a plug in for Qualcomm to sell to their customers. Can’t see why SEE would be involved in any rfq that Qualcomm were pursuing.

Correct. I expect we will get fleet and auto numbers.

As long as Qualcomm keep adding to their $19 billion dollar auto pipeline then part of those revenues will filter down to SEE. Doesn't really matter which automaker they come from.
