On reflection, you have picked up a very important point here. Some need the reassurance that they will actually be able to sell their shares once we list in the US. However, note this from the Scheme Document, part 11: "It is GSL’s intention, if practicable, to establish a mechanism in due course whereby smaller UK-based shareholders will be able to trade out of their positions after the Scheme has become Effective. However, should such holders wish to retain their holdings in the longer term, they will be encouraged to do so notwithstanding that they will need to utilise the services of a UK broker with facilities for trading US shares".

the ratio 56/175 is fixed, the price of 5.95p was used simply to give a valuation for GSL's offer. The opinion of most observers is that bios are valued more highly in the US, hence the prediction that the opening price in the US could be double that of the projected exit price from AIM. Yes, who knows?

There's definitely a seller around. Two days in a row the price has dropped to 32.50/32.75p with many ATs. Now back to 33.75p again, like yesterday. Sub 33p is IMHO a good price to buy in (more). (I managed to get some yesterday.)

looks to me to be oversold - I expect RSI will have fallen to below 20% by the end of today. Could be a good opportunity to buy (more).

and further to that from Parcae's point of view, it makes no difference whether the rise is now or after the US listing. Their bonus relates to fixed points in US dollars - the exit price of XEN (8p) was only based on the then current price in late January, and is given to illustrate how their targets relate to that price.

in cents - will only be whatever investors in the US will buy or sell the shares for. A simple rule of thumb (exchange rate 1.6) is that the price in cents of the new shares will be 5 times the price of the old XEN shares in pence. So at today's price of 5/5.75p that would be 25/28.75c. But we expect that US investors will pay more - so opening price could be as much as 50c or more. (the 77c was based on the Feb price of 8p for XEN.) But no guarantee. News in between may have a influence too.

The document was written in January/February thus year, and is simply projections to show how parcae etc can make a load of money. The figures are now current - BUT the principle is. SP should double next year - I believe more than double.

I suspect it is the bulk of the scheme - voting documents etc. What else might you expect?

And a genuine answer. I expect a placing at a premium - my guess is equivalent of 9-11p. Or perhaps even an IPO in the US if they actually want to increase the free float. Why no major buys now? I think people are waiting to see the scheme - there is an apprehension of what it might contain - perhaps a fear of the unknown. The current sp reflects the recent UK valuation of bios of this nature, and not the potential a US listing should give. In 12 months time I would expect a sp of equivalent 15p+, given the larger appetite for this kind of company in the US.

I think they'll sell both fridges.
