No I wasn't thinking of the transfer of existing GAF shares to XEN ones - ie the cost of the deal. I suppose the price of the deal will be worked out as "cost" / no of shares already in issue. If these (consolidated) shares then start trading at, say 15c for 1 XEN share, then we can deduce the cost of the deal, and will have a price of our own shares.
But they may have other plans! If there's a placing on top of this, that will determine the "cost" of the deal too.
