There still seems to be conflicting info, even given by the same broker to different clients! Sorry - its too late to sell at $8 - bid is now $6.25. But the price is real - just no-one can sell unless they short. And presumably therefore there is no stock to buy, since on OTCQB all trades have to me matched. So in one sense the quoted price isn't yet a reality.

I think you may need to ask them to send the paper certificate - that will leave your options open for later. Yes, I am expecting in due course to convert mine to electronic form in a nominee account.

The paper certificates will take up to two weeks to be sent out. Then, I assume your broker will have to credit them to your nominee account - which could involve further delay. We were warned in the scheme document.

Stop! Don't tell me - its only for 80 shares. How disappointing.

There's no more shares in circulation than last week, yet. I bet they won't be posted out for a few days - so no-one has any to sell. and no-one in their right mind will pay $8, when they are likely to be cheaper next week.

Before the scheme became operative, we were still a helicopter business. With the scheme now in operation the helicopter business has been disposed of. However I guess that the SEC filing of last week was done on the strength of the helicopter business going independent, and therefore being able to continue in existence. Without the scheme GAIF was insolvent - the consequence of this was that the helicopters might have been requisitioned. With the scheme, they can be leased by the new helicopter company. The helicopter part is no longer part of GAIF, GSL or XBIO.

Just one lesson will do. 6p x 1.65 x 175/56 = 31c I hope the figures speak for themselves. Can only add that I can't see how XBIO will ever be as low as 31c in the near future.

Too late for them to sell XEN. You (or your broker) should receive XBIO certificates by Feb 7, as you quote.

The key word is YOU! There are 32 lucky pre-XBIO holders of GAIFD who have already been able to trade. Next week should be interesting, since no-one in the UK will have certificates to start with.

Do remember too that trading doesn't start till UK afternoon - so links could be blank in the morning. You won't be able to trade until you get a new certificate.

Not at all. There was hardly a proper market today. Spread could have ended up even wider. There is a complete dichotomy between the CP of 6p and the current quote for GAIFD of $7/$20. I predict the opening price of XBIO (wont be called that yet) on Monday will be somewhere between the two. What about an exciting spread of 30c/$15?

to buy those extra 174 shares to go with each existing share you hold. You don't want to be left with a few odd ones, do you, that will only get you a few pence, not dollars?

Almost back to where we were at the beginning of the week. The enforced sell off is presumably over, and we are ready to exit AIM at the projected 8p next week. I bet it won't be 8p though.

I hope they will be prepared to transfer the shares to your own name from the nominee account. That's the most straightforward thing to ask for at this stage.
