The real killer for liquidity at present, is that holders like myself are unwilling to trade on the terms imposed by a matched bargain system.
Some while back, I tried to sell 10000, and set a fair price.
What happened? A matched trade of 400 shares, which cost me an extra £50 US admin fee on top of my brokers normal charge. So I withdrew the rest, and haven't tried again.
Roll on Nasdaq!
