The real question for me is - when are we going to get any proper up to date data on the p1/2 for 201. Some patients have had increased doses - what's the result? P3 is still a long way off, but good intermediate results from existing patients would give a massive rise to the SP, IMHO. If we have a Q1 update on 201, it had better involve more than waffle.

Prior to this post there have been 36 others today (see red disc above) but only 24 are remaining. What's the point?

I think this was a sell - and the reason for the drop in price today.

So why keep the SP at 0.55p to buy, if they won't sell you any? Is it simply to induce more selling at give-away prices?

Can't even buy 30k now. I suspect we will see a late reported sell in due course. The SP is only reflecting a volatile supply and demand.

Its a paradox, really.

We invest because we think the company is massively undervalued, and could be trading at 1 or 2p next week.
But then we bemoan the management and the placings and the lack of news and whatever....

My question is do I throw another few £k at this, hoping that this is the time it will turn again. If it does, it won't be because the management has improved, it'll simply be that some of the value will have been recovered.

One day I'll let you into the secret of how I've made more money on a bum bio share (you know the one I mean) than on a much better company like SAR.
The main thing is to have a trading plan for shares even if you're a long term holder at heart. So here I have a target for most (75%) of the shares I bought at 0.61p. (I'm not telling you what it is!)
I've been here since 2011, holding a core for almost almost all of the time, but also trading to supplement profits etc.

I've not woken up properly! I just read the trades at 2.00 without thinking what I was looking at. Strange though how the trades are reported well into the evening.

And we've only just got our first trade through.

And look at after hours trades of SRRA going over 2p!!! - even past midnight GMT.

I'd be happy with once. 3p on either share would cover my losses on both.

I remember a few years back (2014-2015 period) when both shares traded at around 0.2p or so. Perhaps never at the same time.

Oooops! but Val has had a 125 consolidation since then! (and Sar hasn't).

The question is - do you want MMs?

Or would you prefer a matched bargain system where you either put your stock up to be sold at a given price, or wait until a buyer is offering a price acceptable to you. (Or vice versa, of course.) Makes trading less of an instant affair!

The downside of MMs is they need to take their cut, hold stock, and publish trades according to a set of rules they say "makes for an orderly market".

ValJu - it can't be a coincidence the 1707443 trade being the exact sum of the 0.91p trades.

What other explanation is there than the late trade is executed in a manner that is unavailable to normal traders? It must match up the 0.91 buys, since there were practically no sells during the day. An MM has accepted a trade from another MM or broker or... (not a private trade)

I've just had a hunch about the 1637 trade.

If you add up all the buys @0.91p - ie all the buys from 0949, they add up to 1707443 exactly. My conclusion: the biggie looks like a sell order which has been satisfied by numerous buys throughout the day. So presumably were yesterday's two delayed trades. This would explain why all day it was possible to buy 1m @0.91p. Someone has a lot to sell @0.905p

The 1.7m late reported trade. It's there now, after the 4.8m one.

I'm not surprised it's wrong. Mr Slater's last holdings RNS was mixed up, had indirect and direct holdings of 1.46% and 2.32% totaling 3.78% probably reported the wrong way round. Look back to early January. 8755000 is a correct figure, but for what?

Incidentally this site has been playing up all day. Probably why there are no posts for quite a while.
