Expecting an extension on the deadline. My portfolio has been a magnet for TOs in the last 6 months, this is the fifth and all but one has extended.

£12 was prior to it selling the book of run off polices to Piedmont and the market took a very dim view of that.
I'd be happy at £9 + but wouldn't want anyone to be disappointed.

It will be a done deal (perhaps) when the due diligence is completed.

Shocked to see my S.L. executed at 520 when I opened my email account earlier.
Not so sure that this is a time to gamble, I've family in Ukraine and things there are only getting worse.
There will be more opportunities to buy cheap before this ends.

If you want to stay with Amryt it's maybe better to buy outside the ISA before the delisting and convert the ISA holding to cash. or the money will disappear from your ISA and it's tax advantages forever.

This deal is a lot of paper and not much cash and the paper is from a source that I personally wouldn't be keen to hold. Perhaps others feel the same.
My hope is that if the deal is approved there will be an opportunity to sell at 2750+ before it goes through.....but I would much rather that it isn't.
Been in ENT (GVC) since 2011 and still see it as a long hold.

I suspect that Amazon would feel that being involved with gambling wouldn't look good for their family friendly image, but who knows.
