With contracts signed by China and Venezuela, China will want access to the country if not by sea then by land

South America is a prime target for them especially what they have already established there, I believe they will end up paying a fair price for this strategic country/minerals, trade between these countries is rising fast and valuable to both

Having read people’s thoughts and debate’s here, I have my own thoughts about NM and crew

You work all your life to find and basically develop a one off lifetime resource, through internal fights, fighting off major investors trying it on so to speak and all the other headaches that come with it, do you really think the board will accept roughly a 5th of the value of our assets?

No one deserves to finish a career on that note, it’s the pinnacle of many of the board’s careers, who wouldn’t want to go out with a bang and a secure future

Basic analogy but that’s how I think and it worked for me, couldn’t be more satisfied, hopefully it happens too our board and you lot hanging onto your golden tickets

Sometimes you need to look inwards before looking out and voicing all your opinions, many including me hate woke culture, hate surveillance of our intimate personal business.

China have been building the BRI which goes through many countries and into Africa, they have set up mines in a few countries so they are not reliant on anyone. After the USA and others putting sanctions on them or embargoes, they’ve been sourcing and building replacements, they knew what was coming, it’s all out there for all to see.

As I said before about their debt to gdp, it’s not the same as money just spent, it’s been invested in Infrastructure, it’s built factories in other countries which help those countries to use what they mine or grow, they have lent vasts amounts of money to these countries which is much cheaper than the imf, totally different kind of debt as it has to be paid back

I do believe BHP will play no part in bidding for Solgold, the reasons I’ve outlined could jeopardise decades of trade between them, China being the major user and trading partner to them

100% there are other majors waiting in the wings, it’s all about getting that first bid through and gates are open imo

Costs China extra not bhp

BHP are happy to settle in rmb as using the dollar costs them extra, it’s like a surcharge, using rmb cuts this out, which is explained in the video if you cared to view and listen to it all

BHP are going to deal 30% in rmb to see how it goes as there’s other scenarios to be set up for it to run smoothly

BHP trade roughly 80% with China, roughly 30billion a year, this is where leverage could be played, again we shall have to wait and see
