I share your frustration Northern as I'm sure everyone does, but aminex have a history of long silences and few, if any, updates along the way until things are completed and then it gets announced. Throw in negotiations of the farmout / licenses and there is no surprise as to the current situation of silence. Might seem odd but it's just their way.

As Irish says, we have no details of the deal yet so in what manner the discussions are taking place is totally unknown. The way I see it there is a big risk in the deal not going ahead for both Aminex and the Zubs, so a fair offer is likely. No one wants to see this rejected. Add that to the fact we have Majedie and the Zubs are not included in the vote then that just adds to the pressure for a fair offer. Then also factor in that if we were simply to raise funds then that would cost the Zubs 30% of whatever is raised where as if they buy a chunk of ruvuma then effectively they are getting it at a 30% discount straight away due to receiving the percentage of the asset whilst also funding Aminiex of which they own 30%. The zubs cant fail to get a good deal out of this. Almost seems like it shouldnt be allowed! Dont get me wrong I know they will be out to get as much as they can, but I think given the situation, the deal with be good for both sides. If it is, Aminex can move fast with all the plans that have been put out there and we should see much happier days than those of recent times.

I'm expecting Majedie to have given the nod before the deal is put out there. Also, all of those scary risks of voting it down are there for the zubs in terms of making sure the offer is of fair value. As always, just have to wait and see.

Max, a consolidation really makes no difference. You still have the same value in less shares.

And to add, how amicably will be revealed by the details of the farmout proposal as Vike pointed out a while ago.

Aminex are not in a position where the farmout is the only option, unless there are license requirements that mean we need more money than we can raise through alternatives, but that is not clear yet. If it's not license related it may be just to get things moving quickly and the BOD see that as a better option than borrowing and waiting for NT3. Personally I thought the idea of borrowing the extra needed for NT3 and then a fund raise when the shareprice is much higher was a good way forward. All to be revealed in time.

Save share isn't tax free, only direct share is. I cancelled my last save share back in August as no way this is going to 3.19 by august 2019. Shambles really.

Yes they are dunder, and they've been there throughout the time of your management criticisms. I respect your opinions but they do seem quite egotistical considering who you are questioning. Surely your industry experience is not superior to theirs? Or is it? I have issues with the bod, but come on.
