The only thing I'd support would be to fight for the wage bill reduction. This change would only be announced once the deal is delivered, so all you can do for now is email the company to make them aware this is very important to shareholders.

Slightly different scenario over their MT as in that group represents the largest group holding in the company. We have Majedie with 10% and Ara with 29%. We haven't heard what will happen to the board once the deal is signed off and inevitably there has to be a change. The board was increased to reflect the work needed to progress Ruvuma which is no longer there. I wrote in yesterday and am awaiting a response and I suggest everyone does the same.

Tarry, unless you put these thing to the board either at the EGM or by email then you'll inevitably be holding your breath for a long time. Everyone should write in with their thoughts. I'm not saying anything will change but they wont see these messages.

There's enough money in their $140mil prediction to hit a couple of dusters at least so I have no concerns with the carry. I'd have preferred more cash on top of the carry to secure aminex into production. Should still be fine but need to cut that unnecessary wage bill once the deal is signed.

Better drill spec and planning to hopefully avoid mudding up this time (large flow rates already proven at NT2) and the deeper target drewky. I think it will still attract quite some attention during the drill/testing even at 25%.

The bod will have passed on most of their responsibilities when this deal goes through and they have a duty to pull back the wage bill to allow the company to see it through to production. It should be a target to halve that bill to 1mil. Looks like they've just had a free years pay already.

To be clear, I still think the deal will see aminex do well as you say Vike. I'd just like to see us being bent over a bit less with a higher cash injection. That would be like being bent over with lubrication.

Its shocking crusty. Add to that the basin model, as described by Aminex after remodelling from NT2 data, is a fan based basin which is simple to drill with vertical drills (low risk high COS) it's just ridiculous.

And I forgot to add to that last post that once Nyuni is developed, the Zubs will only do the same farmout there worth billions and they own just under 30% of Aminex anyway. I hope the reaction to the deal does see some renegotiation and I suggest everyone who hasn't already writes in to the company to express their views.

Drewky, I think it would have still been a very low offer if there was $50 in cash as part of it putting a value of $170 for the whole of Ruvuma which is still a ridiculous figure. This would allow Aminex to move quickly with KS1, KN1 remediation, Nyuni seismics and still have some to drill Nyuni to meet its obligations and keep the lights on throughout. So an extra $45 in the deal worth billions to the zubs and everyone would have been happy (I would've anyway and I think most would too). Drop in the ocean for the Zubs considering the deal they're getting.

My problem with the deal is the lack of cash as part of the deal to move our other assets forward. If that was included I'd be more than happy. Maybe they don't want the competition.

Well it's not actually a done deal as shareholders still have the vote and the zubs aren't included. I know its very unlikely though.

Is there any chance of this? They've come in so low that surely it might have raised a few eyebrows? I assume the zubs would not get to vote if this did happen. Dreaming I know, but it's such a ridiculous offer.
