Hi crusty, this is why I think a larger cash amount is required as part of this deal. If they bad added $50 to it, we would have at least been funded to explore/develop nyuni & kn giving us some extra income and at the end of the day they'd just take nyuni in the same way as ruvuma leaving us with the crumbs of the free carry. They win and at least aminex can then see a future. To leave us in a situation where we may still need to dilute is terrible. The bod is to blame at the end of the day. Did they mention the expanded BoD which is no longer required? Surely they can go now?

Sorry filter, but if you're asking questions like that you need to read the rns closer. The 25% aminex will be left with is estimated to incur $35 mil in costs to bring the three wells to production and seismics. Solo would need to provide the same. Cost for seismics would depend on when those are done.

Jetty, they've only offered to pay aminexs share of the costs to move ntorya into production with an additional $5mil cash sum. That's only $40 mil in total and values all of ruvuma at $80 mil. Not a good deal in the slightest.

No Filter, it is 50% for $40mil. The total cost to move to production is estimated to be $105 mil for the 75% Aminex and APT hold. They'll pay aminexs $35 mil share of that and give them an additional %5mil. If it costs less than that they'll pay amimex the difference once in production. That's 50% for 40mil. They must be laughing. I agree though, we have been backed against the wall.

I was merely thinking of CH1 success which basically meets the EPS requirements. My question was made simple by removing oil or gas from the deeper target. Responses would be far too dispersed and hard to compare without simplifying. Plus, the question isn't about valuation, its about what you'd contemplate accepting. But, in the scenario that Aminex have the 25 year dev license before CH1 drill, what offer would you accept both before and after CH1 for a total buy out? No need to justify unless you want to, it's just a simple question. For me before CH1 350mil, after 450mil. I actually think its worth more, but for me I'd be considering offers in the region of those.

Drewky, you've got to remember there are many shareholders who don't hold your absolute optimism. Who have bought at much higher levels than your average. I understand your optimism as there is a hell of a lot to be positive about in terms of fundamentals, and I have my money where my mouth is. It should all come good, but you can't blame those that raise concerns. If anything aminex comms is to blame. I'm hoping things start to move h2 and fully expect them to.
