Bg, it clearly shows both an 8inch and 12 inch. GL, adding an inch to an 8 inch pipe will add far more capacity than adding an inch to a 1 inch pipe. You cant just divide size to get the capacity. It would be interesting if anyone does know the achievable capacity.

Drewky, I certainly don't think I could run the company better, but I expect more from those that are paid very well to do so. The situation for me just seems to be filled with conflicts of interest between the zubs, government and the bod. It will be interesting to see where jay ends up in 6 months time.

Seems you have called it pretty much correctly so far. As you say, I don't think there has been any wrong doing that can be officially challenged, but it would appear to be a case of the Zubs watching management failures from the side lines. They had members on the board, so were in a position to share their experience in the knowledge of what was happening. Since the Zubs came on board I thought they would be supportive, but we’ve seen little of that. If they have the ability to move this project on so fast (yet to be seen) then you have to question why they weren't doing so as 30% shareholder in Aminex? I think the answer to that is pretty clear The only involvement they have really brought is perhaps the likes of IO consultancy to do the commercialisation study, but was that for our benefit? Seems very much in theirs too.

Having said that, at least they haven’t gone for the jugular. Hopefully they have got what they wanted now from Ruvuma.

I guess the next logical step is to bring another institution on board to raise money once the deal is done to allow things to progress. I'm sure they would have no problem finding one with this deal in place, but would the Zubs let it happen.

Sorry Irish if I disregarded your question. I just think its a simple fact that if the deal is voted against then Aminex have no future whatsoever. The government, in my view, have made it clear they do not want Aminex to be operator. If this was just about the zubs wanting control then I would have thought they would have at least been in discussions with Solo and its clear Solo were totally unaware of the farmout details. The RNS they put out on the day was clearly done in haste and without any detail. No farmout equals no license equals no Aminiex.

In my mind there is zero chance of Aminex taking on any of Solos percentage, but Crusty, you could argue that 37.5% would mean $22.5 mil to get to EPS if all goes smoothly, so there is enough money in the carry to cover it and still have $12.5 mil left for an additional drill if required. Self funding from then, so they could make up the additional money for full field dev. Problem is we only have enough to keep the lights on and do some work at KN.

Irish, I doubt we will get any news until after the deal is agreed. Not saying we will get any then, just I doubt before although there is the spud date and dev license that should arrive. Personally, I am in till CH1 when I'll reconsider, but looks to be my exit. Maybe some news between now and then will change my mind.

All this talk of solo taking out aex and vice versa is all a bit stab in the back really. Michael Gove springs to mind.

I actually agree with you Tarry, I just don't think there is anything we can really do. Unless Majedie were to speak up or another company come in with an offer and even then I think the governments intentions are pretty clear. This is about more than just this deal to the government as there are other investments in the pipeline for Tanzania which no doubt hinge on this. Wonderful hey.
