They raised to 'plan' for the seismics. For me that raise was purely to keep the show going whilst we wait for government approval and farmout and I can't say that's a bad thing. Not a great situation at all, but a necessary move.

Not sure its the right time to be standing out considering the unpredictability of when things can start to move. I'm sure/ I'd hope when the license arrives he'll be more vocal and show some strategic direction.

Nothing has changed in that regard PP, the problem is we don't know what exactly would be classed as work towards Ruvuma? There is only so much planning they can do and they have said that CH1 will be drilled and then (or in parallel) 3D seimics completed to decide the best locations for subsequent drills. So what can be worked on for post CH-1 now? Not much in my mind and we are sat on an increased BOD which was based on being the operator which, if the farmout completes, would no longer be the case. I understand that they (zubairs) would want to keep the BOD in place and transfer across the relevant parties over to APT, but who is paying for them to sit it out whilst the farmout completes? Us for now and I doubt we will see that come back to us and its very expensive given the cash position. I would prefer to see the BOD reduced to give us lower cash burn whilst we wait for the government, but then there is the question of what happens if the farmout doesn't complete? In that situation Aminex are pretty screwed anyway.

How overvalued AEX was or is Dunder? The Zubairs bought in at 1.3 before drilling NT2 which as you know increased resources 10x. You're probably right until the license is sorted, but then if you don't think that will happen eventually, why stay invested?

But Pekingduck, did you not see the fantastic update they put out via twitter last week on KN1? I don't think anyone would contradict a lot of what you said.

The situation is a joke MJ but what exactly would you do if you were aminex waiting on the government? What leverage do they have? The answer to that is none. When it comes to KN1 then god knows what is going on there but it has been mentioned that they are waiting on some approvals, contrary to their FAQs. It would be fair to assume again that this is help up by the government or at least politics ie there is the ongoing dispute. The joys of investing in Tanzania.

Don't be silly crusty. The license is 'forthcoming' and kn1 'progressing'. I'll stick to what the bod says and not some poster on these boards ;)

If that's the best they can do drewky then it would suggest not much is going on. I don't mean by the content of the image. No surprise though and whatever the holdup I'm sure they would move if they could. Are you still expecting March 31st to be met? Very doubtful in my mind.
