Drewky, if you are accusing me of playing this down due to the tick up yesterday you are very wrong. I am simply being realistic and it was reassuring to hear that the BoD were starting to be a bit more open about the situation at the EGM. As you say, how long is a piece of string.

Drewky, How long does the work take to complete? If the reports from the EGM are true, which there is no reason not to believe, the BOD didn't seem to be as confident as you on both license timing and KN1 remediation. Lets see where we are in 2 months.

John, they have moved the date once already and I doubt that the zubs would walk away if March is missed. It's not just the farmout they would be walking away from but also their investment in Aminex. The deal is a great one for them and unless they completely give up on Tanzania as an investment location I just cant see it. They will wait if they have to IMO.

I think that's a given GL. My only thoughts on why would be some sort of sector wide legislation waiting to be agreed by the government. Just my thoughts though.

But, in hindsight, where would aminex be now if they had? Unable to produce, no kn1 income, less money and loans to repay. The government situation would have been the same regardless.

Yes, I'm sure any offshore disputes should be separate to aex situation. They are talking serious budgets for the gov to contribute towards and much more in the future, 10 years at least.
