The last two times they announced it 10 days before, so that’s your week or two, and they have said at the agm that the date is not chosen to any particular event they see as predictably forthcoming. It’s just been put out by 4 months each time and I’d expect the same again if we get to July 21st with no real progress. I totally understand your frustrations and share the same, but it is a waiting game and if you want to find any positives it seems the zubairs are happy to wait it out, proven by not only extending the long stop date, but also supporting the last fund raise to keep the show going for Aminex. Also solo still mentioning the asset as their jewel. I am worried about how long this will take to resolve. My hope is September/October and I’ll be topping up in the first two weeks of August sometime. Not by much as thrown too much at this already with an average of 3p after averaging up. Foolish in hindsight but nt3 would have been a no brainer from an investment perspective.

Max, why do you say Camarco don’t seem too optimistic? They would only ever tow the party line.

KN1 was producing and they had more cash in the bank, enough to apparently drill NT3 (lovely carrot that that was). Quite a different picture to now as you say Crusty. That comment from Solo is telling. I was hoping for a December spud and still do even if July is missed by a bit. September /October is my guess for the license which I hope will give them time if not too late in October, but in all honesty, that's just finger in the air.

I’m certainly expecting it to be extended and I think the market does to. I doubt it will have much effect to the sp at these levels.

No link to the long stop date and saves a little money not being listed. Also seems they would be restricted more if still listed there after the change on LSE.

Their objectives are just to make sure there aren't loopholes and that the PSA's work fairly. Nothing dodgy mj152 unless you can point to anything that suggests otherwise? It's the right thing for them to do and just a nightmare for us that they need to do it, especially now.

Agree hardnose. Just because the review of existing contracts has been carried out doesn't mean there isn't a way to go. I still hope (notice hope) things will be resolved this year, but I'm not expecting anything dare I say 'imminently'.

It was quite clear at the time that the message from a pr perspective was quite different to the reality from egm reports, and from a very reliable source. Things seem to be more transparent of late and I hope the new people at the helm continue in that way. Time will tell as the recent transparency is pretty much forced rather than given. As for timescales, I still think it’s as long as a piece of string. I’m hoping for history to repeat itself and have a December ch1 spud.

What gives you that understanding drewky? I don’t think even the BoD have that from anything in the public domain I’ve seen. I’m not trying to be negative here.

Fjones hasn’t got a clue saying people are trading between solo and aex. Saying long term posters have sold out yet still post deceitfully. How it will shoot up or down on silly things like the agm today which was totally predictable in terms of content. The sp will mostly likely pull back to where it was at the start of today over the next few trading days. Unusually for Aminex, things are pretty transparent.

Pending approvals so nothing has changed. Reduction in outgoings is a positive.

He sold below the 3% during the rise after nt2 drill. Did vey well and almost ‘managed’.

So none then other than those in the risk free save share. Easy to call it in that situation and with hindsight. Still looks cheap and certainly a very different situation to back then in 2008-9.

How many shares did you buy outside of the save share scheme? It’s easy when a risk free no brainer. I was lucky too and doubly so as my wife works for BT too.
