It would be a bit premature to be talking about joining up with a company that has income if they were still waiting on that meeting and expecting the matter to be resolved.

The fact it wasn’t mentioned at all in the interview whilst covering the subject of very little cash/no income imo says they are not expecting it. Could just be being cautious I guess, but if that money was expected and they thought kn1 could be brought back online, you’d have thought it would have come up.

Today’s news is a right kick in the teeth to those have been on this painful journey for a long time. 3.8 percent dilution for the BoDs pay ‘sacrifice’ and now an unusually informative message of more dilution to come, drill some time away yet no mention of kn1 remediation or money owed. Most of the cash element of the farmout already gone. Thank you very much!

Max, it spiked to 3.2, but within the day was back to around 2.2. I won’t be using those as any kind of guide.

The dual branding with their mobile and broadband arms gives them a wider market share/demographic. Makes complete sense and not for the reason you suggest poundashare.

I suspect this clarification was planned previously, but probably for tomorrow or Wednesday. Pure speculation, but there was something said that made me think more comms were due in that timeframe. Probably fast tracked. Good news though.

Crusty, now they (BoD)have an interest in the SP which you thought might not be there. The targets should be easily met, but with the sp so low, they seem reasonable.

I just dont think you will achieve anything Tanzania. You have reacted very emotionally which is rarely a prosperous thing. I have asked the questions around what time period this covers and why is it not raised in periods considering the share price and the farmout being touted as almost complete. I have said that without further clarity it doesn't look like fair value and in complete contrast to the previous RNS stating costs savings. I have asked for more clarity and that is all I can do.

I ticked it up too Tanzania. You need to at least try to get some clarity before charging ahead in the way you're suggesting.

Tanzania, I have just spoken to the PR team and asked they urge Aminex to put out further clarification and explained that it's poor communications to release an RNS ason Friday without much more detail around the time period it covers etc. I also said it seems to be in complete contrast to the previous RNS detailing out cost cutting. Let's see if anything comes of it.

Surely you need to ask questions before a knee jerk reaction. Like you said Dunder, how did they get to this figure? What period of time does this cover? How does it fall in line with reducing the BoD salaries to reflect the current situation with covid etc. It's poor communication again which may or may not be a big two fingers up to shareholders and everyone is left in a black hole of speculation.

The thing I don’t get is the strategy of cost saving in the last rns by salary reductions. Am I right that Mr Bell has given himself about £500k for the cost of £66k at today’s prices (prob not tomorrow’s)? What time period? Hopefully an rns in the morning giving more clarity. Sh@t communications as always.
