Agreed, but my point is that I think the Zubair's have been good to Aminex and there are issues with poor previous decisions from management and more so with massive delays from the government. Maybe them moving in is the best thing for us shareholders in the end rather than a screw. I do wonder how much of the poor management decisions were allowed to go on under their watch, opportunistically. Anyway, hopefully this farmout is sorted without the need for another extension and things can get moving. It would be great to get some clarity timescales and the path forward.

Crusty, whilst they have aminex over a barrel, do you not think without the issues from the government, it could have been a win win? Obviously a lot bigger win for them, but all in perspective? The benefit of the farmout was to finance and get things moving with plenty of upside in exploration along with development and production. They could have already been producing had things progressed as they should have. The government are ridiculous and unless there is a conspiracy going on, the Zubair’s are the only reason Aminex still exists.

You were asking about share price predictions Crusty and all I could think is it's so variable depending on how things move. Like you say a spud date (and not too distant) would change things considerably compared to not having one with farm-out completion. Also, whats the plan with bringing income in? The share price could gradually rise or slump depending on some of these announcement timings. If the farm-out is announced followed by radio silence it will be very disappointing.

That day will come soon enough crystal. Glad to be on the right side of that.

And if you mean gas from Ruvuma, it will be APT supplying not AEX.

I was just saying more likely and would be preferable if possible and certainly more possible than announcing the farm-out completion on the same day as the AGM. That’s not going to happen.

Crusty, the details of the farmout were released on the day of the meeting which was the important information for shareholders. Personally I think it’s more likely they’ll announce the date of the AGM on the same day as they announce the farm-out completion. New start (attempt).

The whole context of the interview was about Ruvuma. We’ll just have to wait and see but Nyuni has very little value until drilled. Have a listen back to the interview. In my mind there is little doubt.

That’s a very positive view but there are hurdles to get through yet which leaves uncertainty. Aminex have very little cash, as made clear by the ceo. He wants to join up with a company with income looking for a company with an asset with plenty of upside potential. When he said an asset, not assets, to me he was clearly talking about Ruvuma. So how much of the asset would that cost? We also don’t know how much of the asset the government want? There is also a 2.2m tax dispute. A way to go yet.

I personally think he was talking about Ntorya when he mentioned this in the interview. It certainly seemed to be implied.

Crusty, they have the 2m when the farmout completes and I think 1.9m back payment cost. They have to pay the 2.2m cgt which leaves them some cash, but not enough to do anything with. I haven’t looked back to confirm this but I think that’s correct (roughly).

It’s the time scale for the drill after saying how much prep work was going on plus not knowing what cost any merger would be to aminex. No mention of money owed or kn1 remediation. They pretty much removed all of the short term positives which is a strange move. Farmout still on though.
